in our factory.

In order to reduce the possibility of contamination,
particle are squeezed out before packing

All chairs are cleanly packed after the test. This will help easy installation when customer starts to use our products.

What’s a cleanroom treatment for our chairs?

Urethane cushion is decomposed and discharged as dust through the joint part or fabric. This dust is cause of contamination of cleanroom.
		Thanks to the wide plastic trim at the joint part of seat and back, dust from urethane cushion cannot escape easily.

Uchida chair is designed not to generate dust and dirt that easily.
		Uchida’s cleanroom seat cushion is covered by dustproof cloth. Thanks to this dustproof cloth, dust and dirt from cushion cannot escape easily.
